My changes do not show on the live site

Edits you can see in the admin but your visitors cannot.

When you are signed in, you often see the latest version of a page while visitors do not. These are the usual causes.

The change is not published

Editing a page that is already live saves a working revision. Visitors keep seeing the live version until you publish that revision. Open the page and click Publish.

You are looking as yourself

Signed-in editors skip the page cache. Open the page in a private window to see exactly what a visitor sees.

The site is not public

If visitors see an under-construction page, the site itself is still private. See Publish your site when you are ready.

Header, footer, or theme changes

The header, footer, menus, and customizer each have their own draft and publish step. Make sure you published them too, not only the page.
If a published change still does not appear after a few minutes in a private window, open a ticket with the page address.
