How support works
Tickets, privacy, replies, and how to find a request again.
Every question you send becomes a ticket with its own number. The whole conversation stays on that ticket's page.
Private unless you choose
A ticket is private by default: only you and our team can see it. When you open a ticket you can choose to make it public so others with the same question find the answer. Public answers never show your email address, our internal notes, or anything secret.
Following a request
- After you send a request you see its number, and we email you a link to it.
- Signed in? My tickets lists every request you opened.
- Not signed in? Find a request with its number and your email, and we send you a fresh link.
- Reply on the ticket page to add information or answer our questions.
Files
You can attach screenshots and files to a ticket. They are stored privately and only our team can open them.
Before you write, it often helps to search public answers. Ready? Contact support.
