Reset your password
Get back into your account when you forgot your password.
- Open your site's sign-in page and click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address of your account.
- Open the link in the email and choose a new password of at least 12 characters.
The link works once and expires after a short time. If it has expired, request a new one.
After a reset, every device that was signed in is signed out. Sign in again with the new password.
Too many attempts in a short time are paused for a while. Wait a few minutes before you try again. Still locked out? Open a ticket from the email address of your account.
